"Dr. was very kind and personable and explained what/why he would do and what I needed and didn't need for my particular surgery. I really liked him, but he only had one before/after picture and gave a long excuse about why he didn't have more, even though he's been doing it for 40 yrs. I was also worried about his limited credentials, esp. b/c of the absence of photos. He needs to build up his portfolio and/or do computer imaging to SHOW his clients what he can do for them (even if the imaging isn't perfect, as he said). I left there having NO idea if the surgery would give me a nose that would fit my individual face (face shape, eyes, asymmetry, etc.) Also, he didn't tell me what the recovery time would be. But at least he gives free consults. I appreciated his time spent with me. Also, the price I was given over the phone for the procedure is why I went in: turns out that with the other fees, the end price was about 40% higher than the $3,500 I was told over the phone. All staff were very pleasant and profession - I liked that it wasn't a hard sell, but I left not really having a good idea about the procedure and its effects on me."

"Weaknesses was the location, Dr Bekham mentioned that was his satelite office, but even then, there was no one to greet me at the front desk, it took 10 minutes to realize they had a patient, he was not prepared, the environment was unconfortable & i wasnt comfortable with doing a surgical procedure with an elderly man who looked like he was ready to retire. He wasnt specialized in the surgical procedure i was looking for either. So he didnt guarantee my results would be what i would want. Improvement would be to have a friendlier attentive staff with better office that is set up."
