"Dr. Dolezal was indeed very qualified, however, he made me feel uncomfortable when discussing my personal physique. He continued to say that I had a lot of fat and that my procedure would take alot of time and effort. I went to another doctor that felt that I didn't have a lot of fat but could use some improvements. Dr. Dolezal also charged a $100 consultation fee in which lasted about ten minutes and I was not provided with any paperwork or brochures or anything to take back home to think about the procedure.He also didn't provide me with any pictures of his work when I requested it. On top of this, he told me I would need a second consult with my parent or whoever is taking care of me just in case I didn't get all of what he was saying. I am almost 30 years old and I feel that he saw that my face was young, due to great genes in my family, and assumed I am a teen. I have three children at home and an entire family and although I only biologically had one of them, I don't need reassurance through my parents. Last, I felt his price was too high. He was the highest amoungst the other 5 doctors I saw. I feel I wasted my money and he got paid to tell me that I am fat and that I need to come back. I didn't need to pay to hear that. I didnt feel that he was very interested in helping me and would love a refund for the ten minutes he gave me. He was nice and not rude but, he didnt give me the most out of my consultation. Most of the other consultations I have engaged took measurements, pictures, and gave me quotes that were accurate. Dr. Dolezal gave me an estimate and stated that I won't find it much cheaper than him. That was untrue. I went two blocks over and recieved a quote for $7k which is four thousand cheaper. The only thing I would say he said that was helpful was when I told him I am shopping around, is when he said that was a great idea and to make sure the doctor is a plastic surgeon and not a general surgeon. However, the idea was originally mine. The last thing I have to say is when I departed his office, the receptionist, who wasnt there when I first arrived actually asked me to pay again! Once I told her I already paid, she told me to wait a second and discussed my case with the doctor who informed her that I paid through Signature Forum. Talk about money hungry! They should have known before arrival that I paid. Better organization of this saves embarrassment because I was very embarrassed to be asked this in front of others waiting to see the doctor. What a shame! I could have paid a bill with that money. What a waste!"
